Property Inspectors
Asia Property Inspectors (API) is established in 2006 to provide property
inspection, building inspection, defects inspection and building surveying services for
residential, commercial, industrial and institutional properties in Singapore and the region - Kuala
Lumpur, Bangkok, Jakarta, Manila, Ho Chi Minh, etc. API is a member of the National Association of Certified
Home Inspectors (NACHI), the largest home inspection organisation in the US with more than 29,000 members world wide. As a
member of NACHI, API abides by NACHI's Code of Ethics. You can have confidence in the fact that our inspectors are required to continually upgrade their skills
and to keep abreast with new technologies and professional standards. Advanced Inspection Equipment
API
uses Infrared (thermal imaging), an advanced non-destructive technology that allows us to show you things about your
property, building or home that no one can show you with conventional inspection methods. An infrared
inspection can identify and document electrical faults before they cause a fire; water and moisture intrusion that could lead to mold; possible pest infestation;
hidden roof leaks, before they cause serious damage; air conditioner
compressor leaks; energy loss and efficiency; unknown plumbing leaks;
overheated equipment and many other defects or damages not detectable with the
naked eye.

Our goal is to enable you to be an informed customer who is familiar with
the details of your property, building or home. We strongly encourage you to attend the inspection, which provides an
excellent opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge about your property. During the inspection, we will point out and discuss
areas of concern regarding the property, building or home. You will then be provided with a detailed, unbiased report. Projects
